In the small bundle, you'll get the following:

• 5 pounds of ground beef, in one-pound packages
• 1 roast, which will average 2.5 pounds
• 1 pound stew meat, in one-pound packages

In the large bundle, you'll get the following:

• 10 pounds of ground beef, in one-pound packages
• 3 roasts, which will average 2.5 pounds each
• 2 pounds of stew meat, in one-pound packages

As always, the beef you get will be:

• USDA inspected
• Dry-aged
• Vacuum sealed
