These Arm Roasts are very similar to a chuck roast. Averaging 3 pounds, these will get fall apart tender when cooked low and slow. They are dry aged, and have a wonderful, rich flavor.

 

They are USDA-inspected and vacuum sealed.

The Beef

All of our beef is home raised on the Padlock Ranch in Wyoming and Montana. Our cattle are grain fed by our crews no matter the weather, and we are careful to make sure that they have as few bad days as possible.
