    You'll get:

         - 5 pounds of ground beef in one-pound packages

         - 2 Sirloin Steaks, averaging 1 pound each

         - 1 Ribeye steak, averaging 1 pound

         - 2 NY strip Steaks, averaging 0.7 pounds each

         - 1 T-Bone, averaging 1.5 pounds each

     

    All of our beef is vacuum sealed, USDA inspected, and ships frozen.

The Beef


All of our beef is home raised on the Padlock Ranch in Wyoming and Montana. Our cattle are grain fed by our crews no matter the weather, and we are careful to make sure that they have as few bad days as possible.
