    Embrace the coziness of the winter season with our most popular roast, the chuck roast. It's well marbled, so when cooked low and slow, it will be the most tender, juicy, flavorful roast you've ever had. 

    Ground beef is also perfect for cozy cooking season. Chili, taco soup, beef and noodles, the options are endless. 

    Stew meet is also a staple for our winter cooking. It's great for beef stew, beef tips, and so much more.

    In the small bundle, you'll get the following:

    • 5 pounds of ground beef, in one-pound packages
    • 1 chuck roast, which will average 2.5 pounds
    • 1 pound stew meat, in one-pound packages

    In the large bundle, you'll get the following:

    • 10 pounds of ground beef, in one-pound packages
    • 3 chuck roasts, which will average 2.5 pounds each
    • 2 pounds of stew meat, in one-pound packages

    As always, the beef you get will be:

    • USDA inspected
    • Dry-aged
    • Vacuum sealed

The Beef


All of our beef is home raised on the Padlock Ranch in Wyoming and Montana. Our cattle are grain fed by our crews no matter the weather, and we are careful to make sure that they have as few bad days as possible.
